Sergio García Ruano was born in Granada, Spain. He received the B.S.c degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad de Granada. Since 2019 he has been studying for double M.S.c degree in Telecommunication Engineering and Signal Theory and Communication while working in the Applied Electromagnetics Group, UPM. His current research interests include Liquid Crystal-based reconfigurable reflectarray antennas.
